God loves all the children of the world. He inspired Dorothy Jason (then wife of the late Rev Gerald Khoo who was the Pastor of the Thai Congregation of Christ Church Bangkok.) to reach out to children. They came to Thailand to pioneer the Thai congregation of Christ Church Bangkok in Oct 1991.
Dorothy began ministry to children in 1992 in Christ Church. As the ministry grew, the program then called RainbowLand had some 200 children attending regularly. RainbowLand began reaching out into communities and schools in Bangkok. Upon the urging of many Christian leaders, Dorothy and her team launched the following events:

Reverend Gerald Khoo, Dorothy’s husband, passed away suddenly on the evening of Dec 13, 2003 in Northeast Thailand. A new pastor was posted to Christ Church Bangkok, Thai Congregation. Two months after the demise of Rev. Gerald Khoo, Dorothy moved out of Christ Church Bangkok following God’s leading to find her new positioning in the harvest field.
The last teachers’ training conference that she conducted, with the help of team from Christ Church Bangkok, was in Chiangmai. This conference was a joint effort between CMNIT and Compassion Thailand. This seminar in May 2004 was attended by 247 delegates from 140 churches under Compassion Thailand.
In October 2004, Dorothy went to England for further training and a break. With God’s divine intervention, she has been happily married to Mike Jason since July 2005. From November 13-17 2005, Dorothy and Mike led 36 delegates to Superkids Enrichment Weekend in Malaysia. In December 2005, Dorothy and Mike began ministry in Khon Kaen, Thailand. It was a time when God again renewed the vision to reach out to children. God loves children, the vision must not die. Under the covering of Gerald Khoo World Harvest Foundation, Dorothy and her very small team again began to minister to the teachers and the children of Khon Kaen.
On July 19th 2008, the presidency of the Children's Ministry Network of Thailand was officially handed over to Mrs Luckana Yenprakhon.
